A program led by the Ministry of Education and Health and it is celebrated on the occasion of Children's Day and lasts for five days, the birth anniversary of Nehru from November 14 to November 19 being the birth date of Indira Gandhi. It is also a part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and the main objective of this Bal Swachhata Abhiyan is, to develop hygiene habits in children from a very young age.
